Quinta da arrábida

The Great Dane is one of the largest breeds in the world.

It is originally from German  and was initially used as a catch dog.

This characteristic has disappeared over time and the Great Dane is now known for its kind and gentle character, often still called "gentle giant".

Although they are giant dogs, they are extremely sociable with other animals and people. The Great Danes are very dependent of their owner and are an exceptional family dog, who just needs his place on the couch.

Quinta da Arrábida was born in 2016. Since then our main focus has been to create healthy and correct dogs.

All of our dogs are health tested and free of hereditary pathologies such as hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia and dilated cardiomyopathy, through annual echocardiography.

We breed Fawn /Brinde, Black and Blue varieties.

Our home is located in Setúbal where we have a space of 7,000 meters where our dogs are happy
